Home Organisation - Guideline Pricing:

• Small areas (cupboards, small pantry): R1,000 – R1,800
• Medium spaces (kitchens, wardrobes): R1,800 – R3,000
• Larger areas / full-day projects: R2,500 – R4,000+

Lodge & Operational Spaces - Guideline Pricing:

• Small areas: R1,200 – R2,200
• Medium areas: R2,200 – R5,000
• Large / multi-area projects: R5,000 – R10,000+

For example purposes only:
• Medium Spaces (e.g., pantries, closets): R3,950 for 7 hours.
• Large Spaces (e.g., kitchens, home offices): R7,700 for 14 hours.
• Extra-Large Spaces: R11,300 (21 hours) to R18,000 (35 hours).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & PRICING:

Product Sourcing (10% – 15%)
If you prefer, we can source storage containers, baskets, labels, or other organisational products on your behalf.

This includes:
• Researching suitable products for your space
• Purchasing and collection
• Transporting items to site
• Integrating them into your system
Clients are also welcome to purchase products themselves if preferred.

Additional Assistance:
For larger or more complex projects, additional team members may be required to complete the work efficiently.
R150 – R250 per hour per additional assistant
This will always be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.

CONSULTATION & TRAVELING:

Consultation:
• R350.00 (30 minutes)
• Virtual (Teams) or on-site
• Photos/videos recommended for accuracy

Traveling:
• Travel outside Vaalwater is charged at R5.50 per km

Applies to both consultations and project days.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED & PAYMENT TERMS:
